View-able Meteorites

I can't really explain this in the title, nor do I know if this has been mentioned before. But this is something I would like to see implemented. is the possibility of being able to see where the meteorite is going to/has landed at and knowing where they all are. I would find this very helpful, because after all nodes have been drained, finding these meteorites is not exactly easy.

But then again, this is just an idea, and I haven't seen anything mentioned about it.
