Roadmap

Hello,

Is there a roadmap available somewhere ?
I found this link but it is not working anymore

Couple quick question.
When the game is release how many player will be possible per server ?
Will there be mods ? (like new object, utility and so on ? )
Are all the feature implemented ? or will we see new object / weapon coming ?
