I've been wondering why, in dingle pwayer (intentionally misspelled), I can't use the R&R tool as a breaching tool. I mean the T2 Pistol is what I use now since ammo is plentiful but I thought that the R&R tool would be a better choice. Or maybe even a tier 2 R&R tool. I realize that the R&R tool would be OP against weapons emplacements but, to me, something DESIGNED to remove BA/CV/SV/HV components should at least have an effect against the building blocks.
