Cargo Box and Energy In

(For some reason I cannot post in the Feedback area.)

A Cargo Box is functional with, or without, power. Yet when powered its "Energy In" is 1kW. Why?

If there is no reason/benefit, I suggest the "Energy In" be set to zero.
