Little help please, What causing this.

I was repairing my SV when I notice I could see inside my SV, like holes. I was holding a building block sometime see 1/4 of the block. I am running nvidia Gtx 970 and I have tried turning on my vsync and verity my local files but that didnt stop it either. Any help would be great. thank you
