Yellow and Red Alerts

How cool would it be to have a speaker block so that when your ship or base takes fire it would sound an alert? "Red Alert"

Also, an added feature could be a yellow alert that sounds when an enemy faction comes within x meters.

There would need to be features to adjust the length of the alert and a way to reset it as well, but I think that would make the game pretty cool.
