They really need to decide whether we are supposed to take out base turrets: on foot or with a vehicle. They keep making them "harder" and all it does is make it so nobody wants to attack them on foot, and just use an SV instead, and it's still laughably easy with an SV or CV.
It could actually be a fun and challenging thing to take out a POI if they,
- toned down the turrets a bit,
- put base shields that cannot be penetrated by weapons or ships and stay in effect as long as the core exists,...
