My suggestion is simple, more like a redo of mechanics:
Prevent multiple gravity generators on a CV/space BA from stacking, making you fall faster, take fall dmg from lower heights, and preventing jumping. Instead of 'overlapping sections' when two grav gens are too close together, use a 'global variable' to set a static gravity level when two gravity 'bubbles' overlap. This would make large scale CV construction much easier to account for gravity and elevators. Elevators don't seem...
