Alpha 1.7.0 Build 450

Hi guys,

We have a Release Candidate for the upcoming public release. Please have a look and check if everything is working fine.

Changes / Improvements:
- Re-enabled Blueprint publish feature
- Blueprint menu now checks for correct blueprint version
- Updated texture on oxygen generators (+added emissive)
- Temporarily de-activated credit card

Bug Fixes:
- Fix for showing "CONNECTION TO PLAYFIELD SERVER LOST"
- Fix for turrets attacking
- Fixed Specular Highlights on Moon...
