Half the ships I find on the workshop cannot be converted because they apparently are in a pre-alpha block type.
For the new replaceblocks<id><oldblocktype><newblocktype> command I was able to find out today that old full block types can be converted but we do not know the old thin type block name.
What was given in the last few patches was:

hullarmoredfull & hullarmoredthin
hullcombatfull & hullcombatthin
