Elevators and local transporters

For the inside of bases/CVs it would be cool to have a "teleporter" type component that looks like the med/cloning stations. When you step onto the pad and press "T" it places you at whichever one that it is set to. This could also be used for an elevator or to go between floors on a base. A teleporter is local and can only connect to another one on the same base or CV.
