Dedicated Server - Meteorites not generating

Hi,

I have a dedicated server, all of the resources have been mined from Akua and Omicron. Initially meteoroites would generate on those planets, however after some time they have stopped generating. meteorites still generate on other planets (eg Omicron moon) .

What would cause meteorites to stop spawing and is there anyway of kick starting them to start spawning again?
