Key Binding Problem

Keybinds let me set a key to 'ROTATE BLOCK' and that works, but I need to rotate UP/DOWN and there's no keybind for that. I guess normally it's done with arrow keys, but being left handed, I always rebind my arrow keys for WASD movement, so my arrow keys, as well as PGUP/PGDN are already binded to other important things.

Is there any other way to rotate blocks up/down? Maybe a config file I could tweak or something like that?
