API for DS manipulation.

I understand that this is not a simple request, but it would be appreciated.

APIs (Web, REST, etc.) to allow game reading and manipulation. This would allow for the development of third party tools for data reading and server management.

Example uses:

• Score boards on websites
• Current activity
• Automated reward system for off game activity. (Ex. votes on empyrion-servers.com)
• Rule enforcement for restricted sectors.

There are more possibilities, but I could be here...
