Idea: Accessory Switch for HV/SV/CV (No Engine Mode)

Here's an idea, can the main power switch possibly act like a car's ignition:
1. Off
2. Accessories (Lights, Doors, Turrets; but not warp or thrusters)
3. On (everything)

I know it can kinda be done through the control panel, but this is a finneky process with hundreds of clicks for our cv's with 30+ thrusters...

This would save a lot of juice for people, and it is a realistic idea.
