So I plan on starting my first capital vessel. Planning on doing the submarine from Seaquest. For the rcs's does it matter where they are placed? And same question for the thrusters can they be covered up and still work? This may be a very ambitious project especially with having a new baby at home. Any and all advise is appreciated
