Looking for feedback on a ship series.

I made this ship series a little while ago and I am looking for feedback on the various incarnations the project took.

I also have a question, since both the clone chamber and the medic station set a spawn point, is it necessary to have both in a Base / CV?
I'm thinking no, but I wanted to hear others folks thoughts.
