Forbidden Blocks post alpha 4 update

I'm working on a rather large CV and the blueprint is now Red and states that it contains forbidden blocks. I have gone through the ReplaceBlocks commands and replaced the main hull/window blocks but still when overwriting the blueprint and reloading it still states forbidden blocks.

I have no alien blocks!

I have tried replacing the core to no avail.

I will happily remove the forbidden blocks if i knew which ones they were, is there anyway to identify the forbidden blocks.
