Edit a Planet without Wipe ?

Hi,

i have edit one of our planets and restart the server but it just works if i deleat the playerfield file and this will wipeout all of the player builded things.
is there a way to edit the planet , like other ressources and pois.... , restart the server and put all the player build things back so they can play with all there old stuff on the new edited planet ?
