Everytime I log my ships, especially CVs, shift and resettle

This seems to be new with the last few weeks patches but when I log in to my base I can see my CVs especially jump up in the air a little then resettle out of position. I've reparked them so they aren't anywhere near another ship and it still happens. Happens at multiple bases as well so it's not specific to one area.

Anyone else seeing this happen?
