I put this into Suggestions, because I dont know if this screwy behavior is 'intentional' or truly a 'bug'. To me, it seems like a bug, because its terrible as it is. Surely its not intentional ![;)]( "Wink ;)")
But since its existed for a long time, I'm making this a 'suggestion to change'.
Lets get a system that allows a ship to hover in atmosphere if it has enough thrust ability to do so... for every direction. Not just up and down.
