Inactive playfields still count time passage

Right now it seems odd that for anything to actually happen in a playfield it must be loaded and someone present in it. When you return to an unloaded playfield it is exactly the same as when it was last unloaded regardless of time passage. That's silly. The effects of time passing should be applied when the playfield is next loaded.
