Any dedicated server specialists out there?

Getting someone to answer a questing about dedicated servers is like pulling teeth, but I will give it another go.

I posted here because nobody seems to read or post in the dedicated server section.

I have been running a dedicated server for about a week with no problems. Last night the power flickered and the people playing lost connection. The server still showed running on my PC.

I restarted the server and it did not show up on the server list.

I checked my router to see if the ports...

Any dedicated server specialists out there?
