Allow CVs to Enter Omicron's Moon

It would seem that Omicron's Moon has no atmosphere, as ships don't burn up when entering it. The stat sheet also says that it has an atmospheric density of zero. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the current justification of CV's blowing up when they get too close to a planet that they can't survive re-entry? That they can't enter an atmosphere? So then they should be able to enter a planet with no atmosphere - in the current version, Omicron's moon. It would be a compromise: a CV could...
