Searchlight turret

It would be nice if we could get a big, long-range, powerful searchlight (for ships/bases, much bigger than the current SV spotlights) that you can get into and aim like a turret. You can set it to:

- stay at that angle

- follow yourself (or any specified player)

- follow whatever (ship, critter, etc) is in the crosshairs now

- follow whatever (ship, critter, etc) enters the crosshairs as long as it stays in range
