Another Use for Rock Dust – Concrete Blocks

I mined out a very large underground base and had lots of Stones that created lots of Rock Dust.
The thought crossed my mind that all this Rock Dust could be used back into base construction.

I suggest an additional template to the constructor for Concrete Blocks using all the shapes you are using for the metal.

Suggests material menu for 1 block:
5 units Rock Dust
1 unit of Distilled Water
1 Metal Part (rebar)

This is only usable on a Base, but it is tough, say 30-40 hit point strong.
