clamps for small vessels

small vessels can dock to capitals using the landing gear.

it would be nice to have another component to have them attach to hover vessels.

the idea is to ship an hover vessel up and down from space when you need one, so that you use a large small vessel to drop a hover vessel on a planet and use the small vessel again to recover it later

it could look like clamps or a really big magnet
