ATM repair and remove tool has a way to give allot of free metal plates, food, nutrient, water.
Change the tool to give back the item in question (i.e. core > core, Generator > Generator), and Add a Deconstructor, where you put the item into it and have it turn the item back into the parts (or even turn the parts back into materials, though this option would make the game a littler easier). It would remove the problem with getting free...
