Newbies: don't believe the loading screen: hilltops are horrible to build on.

I have built quite a few bases now on several worlds, (full disclosure: almost exclusively in SP) and this advice to new players troubles me. This seems like possibly the worst place you can build a base for MP or SP. I'll go into detail. (When I say MP, I am referring to PVP)

• When building on a hilltop, you do have a greater field of fire without a nearby horizon or ridgeline blocking your view. This is perhaps the only 'pro' to building one high up.
