Block with clip(s)

I would like to have a block like on of followings lego bricks



that you could put on ground vessels or small vessels and where you could clip R&R tools or drills or why not weapons, torchs ... To be able to orient the tool you clip on it would be fine (in a turret view way)
You could of course have many of them on your vessels.

I think, linking drills or R&R or other tool should not be so difficult for devs, and this would be for player an...
