Starter Pod Ownership.

To prevent people running up to a new players drop pod as he enters the world, and stealing all the starter supplies in the pod before the player in the pod can get out and get his/her supplies.
The starter pod that people start in needs to have ownership to only the person that started in it so no one else can even access it.
