Need Help. Mountain is glitching

I start building a base inside a Mountain. And while drilling some space for the hangar, a big part from the Mountain just disappeared. I tried to fill some corners where I don't want to build and the magical mountainpart came back.

But if I start to drill where I want to build, its disappearing again -.-
