Changed fixed point CV weapons

Some CV weapons just shoot straight ahead and unfortunately it is difficult to aim them unless they are in the center of your ship.

It would be nice if there was a setting in either the main control panel or on the individual weapon that allowed you to calibrate the weapons for a certain range. So if you calibrated the weapon to, say 600m, then at 600m the laser would hit the center of the crosshairs on the screen.
