got into the radar station and cleared the ground floor, went to go downstairs and the ground is filled in, you can use a mining tool to dig and the building is down there and enemies are spawned but the ground was not removed when the POI was created.

In the selections of what the turret is to shoot at, request the following:
1.) split up the one that has npc, drone, and something else. Would like to select drones by them selves and not have to worry about shooting at npc.
2.) Be able to select the fractions you want to shoot at. Don't want to go into your friends npc area and start shooting the good guys.

Description: While trying to do the Wildlife Cam quest in an HV, when you find the first node, you get 2 completes, a COQ error, and then nothing completes the 3rd point to trigger.

This has cropped up from time to time as long as I've been playing Emp, but I thought I'd report that it's still happening. Built a base (one the levelled area that was left after I removed the Large Wreckage POI, so no digging). When I reloaded, I got this:

1) When resuming a Creative game I get a 'white plane' below my build at bedrock level.

I found out that as long as this white plane is there I can’t place/add blocks at surface level (above or below is not a problem). I also found out that I can get rid of this white plane by flying (God Mode) a fair distance away from it and back, which resolves the block problem.

Some of the markers are actually under the target structure (brewery, delivery ship) so quest can only be completed by godmoding down into the block. Mission radius needs to be a bit larger and include vertical distances. This may be true for other quests as well which I haven't done.

Also mission thread lead to "alien planet in this sector" but there are no alien planets in the same sector. I assume the text needs updating here as alien planets are likely to be elsewhere in the galaxy, not...

Possible for total Bio-luminescent planet?

By this I mean all the foliage on the planet that evolved bio-luminosity and I know it would probably require assets for creatures to have the same effect. A while back I was playing Stellaris with the Distant Worlds mod and one of the worlds in that mod is a Bioluminescent planet which really stuck out cause you could see the glow from orbit. It makes me wonder if it would be possible to get such an exotic world in Empryion for another type of REALLY alien ecosystem.

Drone Base Impossible?

Admittedly I haven't played in several months so I'm probably missing something, but how do you take out a drone base? I can't even get a shot in past the shields; I'm always destroyed (HV or SV) before its shield is down.

Co-op crashes

I got this crash in A12.3 or so but haven't seen it since. My brother logged on to my Coop server and then he got it too. After that, every subsequent login/server start is okay.

On a related note, I did get this in a brand new game I started today in A12.4 2891.
Freedom mode.
Non-modified config.

The errors say something about "dedicated" server but, just to be clear, I always run the coop server on the same computer on which I play the game.

I had this issue a long time ago and it made my game a bit unbearable to play. I made a Steam discussions post about it too with no real luck as to how to properly resolve this issue.

I have a system that should be way more than capable of running this game, yet for some reason my FPS is abysmal. It usually never surpasses 40 on the highest settings, and never passes 60 on the lowest. My setup specs are as follows:

CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 RAM

SV vs POI Difficulty

This might not be related specifically to A12 as I missed out on 11 and also please note that his is a PERSONAL OPINION based my own skill level (or lack there of)

I am really finding the SV to POI engagements either too difficult or too boring. Early game it seems pointless to even engage any compound with more than two turrets unless you have shield or repair bay. Once you have a shield it goes from difficult to boring.

The turrets have WAY too much health. Sure you have shields but...

Build 2883

Hangar doors initial state is always closed whether it should be or not. Whether tied to a soft switch or not, hangar doors will always be closed when entering the playfield or area. This may also be true for a hard switch/device but would have to double check.

This may have to do with loading of the playfield but a hangar door often needs to be toggled to show as open. For some doors, ie. 2 different doors on the same CV, one can toggle the switch closed...

As promised in the first Q&A, we sat down to improve the CPU system a bit further, especially the "Tier 5" questions. Alpha 12 Experimental will add a first iteration of your idea of being able to change your vessel to a core that does relief you from using the CPU. Of course this is more an End-Game item, and it will not be craftable.

12.3 New Human mission to the moon - Great but a bit broken

Great job reworking the Titan missions onto the moon and re using the older assets for invading the enemy base using the teleporter from com station.

But at the moment the battle inside the base is broken in one fundamental issue.

Dieing

If you have reached the interior of the base via the back door teleporter, if you die your "Respawn in area" will put you on the surface of the moon unarmed surrounded by turrets and drones.

Die in the base - Spawn outside -Die after 3 seconds - spawn...
