Some small things that I think would make some large improvements:

  1. If my shoulder light is on when I get into a cockpit, turn it back on when I get back out of the cockpit.
  2. Save the player and cockpit views separately, I like to have 1st person as player, and 3rd person as pilot, make it where the state of each is saved.
  3. As far as all of the automation requests I see, maybe just simply make the constructor eject output to a storage container on the side.
  4. An inventory...

What is the scenario with a quests?

We are on default scenario, we have npc and quests on akua but we can't find any quest item... :/

Two view taken inside a base to illustrate the problem - the same lights are on is both cases, but the lighting cut is far too soon when the other side of the room is plunged into darkness despite that the lights are all on.

Besides the lights cutting off too soon, reflections are IMHO way way too harsh, especially when combined with the only white light color which is harsh pure white. It seems to me that lights should generate more...

I tested the following MODs with the ModLoader in 1.8. The ModPackage (ModLoader.zip) with the working mods can be downloaded from the attachment here.
Install: Download ModLoader.zip and unzip it to your [EGS]\Content\Mods directory.

The problem with the registry is that right now = managing markers and waypoints is VERY INCREDIBLE (!).
The opinion of my co-workers is that there are 3 problems with the registry:
1. No sorting by columns (only filters by type) ,
2. No plain text search, and the same lacking in the Teleport list,
3. There is no "minimize-deploy the entire list" button.
This makes finding the right POI or asteroid (!) very HARD, as well as when teleporting!

Would it make sense to allow a docked vehicle to use the power source of the entity it is docked to?

E.g. when I dock my ship to the station I'd like to be able to connect it to the station's power grid.
