Patrol Vessel

So i tried out the new Alpha 6 after i stopped playing for a while and it looks good. But on Night 2 on Omicron a Patrol Vessel came to my Base (the starter Base) an shred me to pieces. What can one do in this Situation other than grabbing all the things an run away? Is this supposed to happen so i have to give up the Base instead of building my Home around it?

The Lost City Of Sol-Exploration Scenario has taken me around 2 to 3 months to complete, there are over 100 customized POIs , and over 200 playfields, almost all of them custom.

Like to Explore ?

Explore the Kepler and Hubble range of planets, these maps have custom POIs and some are alot harder than the standard POIs your used to ingame.

Thought I'd make a thread for folks to post their daily happenings. If mods would rather not have this thread, feel free to delete it/whatever :)



Today (or last night rather) I finally ventured beyond Akua's atmosphere and decided to check out a nearby planet, which turned out to be the Omicron Moon.

Saw a little base and decided to investigate. What I didn't expect was for 4 turrets and at least as many drones to destroy my poor little SV, leaving me stranded on the Moon.

Yes, I know, shut up. Stop spamming me with useless beeps, thank you. I'm currently excavating the crashed ship on the moon since it spawned 99% under the terrain and the constant beeping is getting annoying.

Can we please get an option to disable these notifications?

edit: what even is the correct drilling mode for capital ship parts? seems rather out of place...

Let Constructors take resources from storage crates

In the same way turrets take ammo from ammo containers, let constructors take stuff from other cargo containers in the same base / ship. Managing multiple constructors (which you can't access at the same time) as a co-op group is a huge pain.

That and let them take metal bars from each other's production output. That way you can have some constructors making bars for the others to make more complex items.

Hello everyone,

we are investigating an/some issues with game start, crashing or freezing and would need your dedicated help.

We created this thread to streamline the process. Please read through the steps and send in the logs as requested.

1. CHECK THE TYPE OF YOUR ISSUE

There are several categories we are currently tracking:

1. Can not start game: Infinite Loading
- No error popping up
- Just sitting at the loading screen (no menu visible) and the loading...

WE can only get a class 5 or less blueprint on our server, how do i fix it.

We noticed today that we can only use class 5 or less on our server. The server is set to 10, which is supposed to be no limits, We also done a full wipe when 6 came out public, so i dont know what the issue would be. Can anyone shed some light on this and let me know how to fix it. Thanks for all help.

We used to be able to have larger ships, before the last couple of fixes, no changes have been made to the sever yaml. I checked it today and it is still set to 10.

Hey Everybody, Empyrion is on sale again for $10. $10 is a huge steal for a game that should easily be bringing in $30 to $40 per copy.

Just bought a couple copies for some Space Engineers fanatics. Crossing my fingers and hoping that they'll enjoy it.

If you know anybody that is looking for it, or likes space games, help them out and support our awesome devs!

For all the single player players out there !

This version is for Co-Op and single players, so it has PvE and PvP playfields.

This version has different starts to the multiplayer version, it has space starts, base starts and pod drops.
This version also has NO regenerating asteroids or POIs.

The only thing that really regenerates in this version are the Instanced missions.

There are NO Raptors or Dinos on any planets with no Oxygen. [ Unless I missed one ! ]

Farms in CV's

Not sure if this has been reported as a bug but when you add anything to the structure of your CV, the plants all die. I knocked a grow plot out on accident and put it right back in. 5 min later, my farm was all dead. a little later after I had replanted, I added a few cargo boxes.. BAM.. dead farm. Cleared it and replanted it and realized I forgot to put in a repair block for my SVs. Now I am afraid to put one in due to losing my food. Anyone else have this issue?

This is going to be a long one so TLDR at the bottom.

So I've been playing for a few days now and up until just today did I find out that 6.0 just came out and with it everything I like about the game was added in or changed for the better, but one thing got me, why in the world is (x) not in the game and why is (x) in? So here are my suggestions and hopefully they are do-able with the resources you have built into the game already.

I'm going to start out with what I love and why...
