This version is for Co-Op and single players, so it has PvE and PvP playfields.
This version has different starts to the multiplayer version, it has space starts, base starts and pod drops.
This version also has NO regenerating asteroids or POIs.
The only thing that really regenerates in this version are the Instanced missions.
There are NO Raptors or Dinos on any planets with no Oxygen. [ Unless I missed one ! ]
if you play on the official servers and have specific needs please post your help / support requests here.
For support requests keep in mind to:
* say what server (EU / US)
* what problem exactly - describe as good as possible
* what time
* provide screenshots / videos
* by problems such as "ship lost" you ALWAYS have to provide the ID / Name of the structure

I've heard POIs respawn in multiplayer, and as far as I know, the new co-op function uses those 'rules'. Is this a setting that can be changed, and where can I find such settings? I would like to be able to turn POIs into bases, etc, without worrying that it will respawn and erase everything we added.

Has anyone else noticed the T2 Drill degrades is creative? ok yeah I know we can pop a new one in if needed but this is creative, bad enough we have to keep reloading the power both on multi and the drill but now it degrades as well. It's almost mind boggling

Je veux bien en faire un bout, mais si d'autres joueurs sont intéressés j'ai pensé qu'il serait pratique de mettre en commun ce que nous faisons, afin de s'assurer de l'uniformité des termes utilisés.
Il y a le PDA à traduire, la liste des matériaux, les différents "scénarios" si les auteurs le désirent ou le proposent, etc....
Yes, I know, shut up. Stop spamming me with useless beeps, thank you. I'm currently excavating the crashed ship on the moon since it spawned 99% under the terrain and the constant beeping is getting annoying.
Can we please get an option to disable these notifications?
edit: what even is the correct drilling mode for capital ship parts? seems rather out of place...

Here's the scheme. We got fraction "A" on PvP planet and 1 man in fraction "B", which is a multi-account of A's fraction. "B" has 100 or so bases (max for playfield) with this offline protection and of course he is always offline, so protection is active. "A" made some precisely engineering on a planet and located this 100 bases all over the planet. They flattered the terrain up, so it's like bases flying in the sky. Crashes on game start - READ AND TRY before issueing a report!

I'd like to see an option where a repair bay can repair a ship back to its last blueprint state (replacing blocks). Obviously it'd have to check the ship currently on the pad, compare it with the last blueprint for that ship and then ask for the materials difference (which you could drop straight into the repair bay, making it a container itself). Then it'd repair it back to that last BP state, replacing lost blocks.
I was thinking, if you plan to expand the universe and make some sort of Galaxy / free roam, it would make sense to implement realistic ship physics in terms of preserving entities internal energy.
What I mean is, for example, you need to travel to some specific space object which is pretty far away, but still not worth warping, you set your ship to a certain speed and then leave the cockpit. As you have your gravity generator running, the gravity...

this is a major but very simple fix that we need implemented quickly.
this is rather a strange game mechanic, that has resulted in a hell of alot more work than it should be.
If you are painting and texturing a ship, and somehow the block, is faced in an odd direction,
then the texture to be placed, will appear also going in the wrong direction.
My solution is to make the textures turnable with an extra click like they are the overlaying texture symbols....
We could really use this for Mining HV Testing. Without these, how are we supposed to test how much or little well our new Mining HV Builds will handle Veins of various sizes?
Hi guys, I am hosting a dedi server with auto regen poi, i have some players, I have not seen it cause an issue and it gives the newer players a fair chance at gaining weapon kits and goggles right ?
Why then is the host of 1 large server trying to tell me it was waste of development time and claims it causes issues for his players and servers.
I will mention no names.
His server does a weekly wipe routine in which everything is refreshed anyway except for safe planets.
As I have posted this issue a couple of times over the course of the last few months it seems to have slipped through the net, perhaps people just have not noticed it that much yet.
Therefore in order to bring my problem to light I am posting this in the hope the community in general can assess this bug/error and help decide if it should be fixed.
I am speaking of the particle dust cloud which emanates from a HV when it is parked on land but with all engines including hover, powered off....
