Set as admin, now what?

Hey folks,

So what exactly does setting myself as admin for my server let me do?

I can't see any admin commands knocking about from where I have looked, wasn't an issue earlier as it's just for me and my mates to play on but one planet has had all it's buildings they made completely wiped so it would be nice to give something back to them if there is spawn commands of such.
