Faction War

Currently, in servers with both PvP and PvE, it's too easy for a faction much weaker than a larger faction to go mess with stuff.

Frankly offline protection doesn't do jack. On my server there are so many stories of offline protection going wrong. And the perpetrators can hide in the protection of PvE.

Thus, I am suggesting a faction mechanic which can be enabled by server moderators. This mechanic would allow a provoked faction to declare war on another faction.
