will we ever have option to change ownership?

it is ridiculous to cut my core from a ship so another can put in their core to own it. we need the option to give ownership of a grid to another player.

this can also be adapted for mp where a game master can spawn a custom blueprint into a playfield, set it to alien faction, and allow us to fight a custom POI in a running server!

with multiplayer being made part of the core of this game, this needs to happen.
