HV Building troubles

I agree with the thought of balance and stability with the ships after they are built. While you are building them I think there needs to be a way to stop HV from tipping over. For SV and CV I think they can both be built in zero G space and this issue is moot. But when you are starting out you are more likely to build a HV and you will probably not have the ability to get into space, I also think they might not be able to be started in space.
