Faction Alliances

Alright just a quick suggestion that I think may be a relatively easy implementation (Coming from my zero years of programming experience).

So faction A and Faction B would like to team up against faction C. There's a problem though, turrets. They don't care if you're friends right now. They have ammo and they love to share.

There's a solution though! I'll just open up the faction menu, select the faction of my new found friends and click "Propose Alliance". Ah look, the owner has accepted...
