Switch Pro Controller attached directly to computer
Xbox One Controller through Steam Link

I often play games through a steam link and noticed that I couldn't actually select items in the System and Galaxy maps to warp to them when using a controller. I can hover over them but can't actually select them. Additionally when I try to search for Suns in the Galaxy I can open the search window, enter a search (through steam...

Can you implement an "Are you sure you want to start fresh" after you click Fresh Start? I cant count how many times I start fresh when I meant to spawn where I was and quit my game and didnt return to Empyrion for weeks or months. Just a simple question would help a ton

Integrated tool for scenario builders

There is already a standalone tool to read yaml files which is excellent.
I was thinking about an integrated tool in the N menu which would allow you to set dialogues in a POI console, define conditional or direct triggers for certain types of events like activating NPC spawners, make messages appear etc. There is actually a tool called eWCCT, but it seems to take a large learning curve to even get started.
An integrated standalone tool, or non-integtrated outside of the game but easy to use...

It does not seem to be possible to create a slow 5 second interval blinker continuous circuit. Thought I'd make a thread for folks to post their daily happenings. If mods would rather not have this thread, feel free to delete it/whatever :)



Today (or last night rather) I finally ventured beyond Akua's atmosphere and decided to check out a nearby planet, which turned out to be the Omicron Moon.

Saw a little base and decided to investigate. What I didn't expect was for 4 turrets and at least as many drones to destroy my poor little SV, leaving me stranded on the Moon.

Hello everyone!
i googled and searched on this site, but i can't figure it out, sorry.
anyone mind telling me how to restart the server tool for a coop game from my pc?

yesterday i played with a friend in Coop and it worked pretty fine. Today we just wanted to keep playing, but i can't find how to start the "dedicated server" tool properly.
i can only start it on "new coop game", but not for "continue in coop mode". and i can't simly load another game after starting it with "new coop"...

How to continue coop game?

Hola, después de varios meses trabajando, prácticamente he terminado la traducción al castellano de Empyrion "SOLO" para el escenario Reforged Eden, dicha traducción incluye diálogos, pda, misiones, descripción de items, etc prácticamente todo lo que se puede traducir. De momento la estoy probando en el servidor Español "Carpe Diem ", cuando pase un tiempo prudencial y vea que todo funciona correctamente la liberaré para todo aquel quiera hacer uso de ella en su servidor.

Are the Official Servers set up different in Multi-Player than in Solo Play? A friend and I joined the "Official Vanilla" server after playing Reforged Eden for a more relaxed change of pace. I had been playing an SP game and am currently Chapter 9 of the story line. However, on the Official Vanilla server, the Tales of Tash would not update ... we picked up 2 different tablets and nothing. I took the liberty of combining requests from multiple posts/forums to put in this one thread, with the idea of keeping it updated as more come from the community. So it's in one easy to read list instead of the devs having to go through 500 posts. They just have to read the list 1-100 :)

Chainsaw needs rebalanced

So, tonight, my buddies and I went to grab some logs for biofuel... so we made some chainsaws. And... went back to using the survival tool, because the chainsaws were a waste of time and resources.

The chainsaw does not show you the damage you are doing (doesn't display the tree health).

I compared the chainsaw vs. the survival tool on trees on Masperon that have 322 health.

Both tools take about 30 seconds to cut down the tree. However, the chainsaw uses almost a full can of fuel to...
